Each evening during the month of Ramadan, we invite you to share a traditional ftour around our table, in a warm and family-style atmosphere.
Around the fire, in the soft glow of the evening, let yourself be carried by a cozy ambiance — perfect for sharing, serenity, and the simple moments that bring us together.

Step into the heart of Moroccan cuisine at La Maison de Tanger. Every day, our in-house cook prepares traditional dishes with care and authenticity. Choose from a rich tagine (vegetables, chicken, beef, lamb, or fish) or a fragrant couscous, each bursting with the vibrant flavors and aromas of Morocco. A true culinary journey awaits in every bite.

Exclusively at La Maison de Tanger, our new menu feature, Les Cocottes de Fred, showcases the artistry of renowned chef and culinary advisor Fred, recently arrived in Tangier. Each dish is thoughtfully composed and meticulously prepared in-house, served in elegant glass cocottes that let you savor every layer. Experience flavors and combinations you won’t find anywhere else in Morocco—crafted with care, creativity, and a passion for detail.

Durum wheat annellini pasta coated in a creamy Emmental Mornay sauce, served with oven-roasted eggplant and subtly enhanced with a teriyaki glaze. Finished with a crispy breadcrumb topping.

Slow-simmered chicken (thigh and upper thigh), shredded and coated in a two-mustard sauce, Dijon and wholegrain, infused with chicken stock, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Served with durum wheat coquillettes and a touch of fresh cream.

A generous fish parmentier made with panga and whiting fillets, combined with soft onions, garlic, and aromatic herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano). Topped with homemade mashed potatoes enriched with butter and cream, then finished with a golden breadcrumb crust.

At La Maison de Tanger, indulge in the time-honored ritual of the hammam, a cleansing and relaxing experience that rejuvenates both body and mind. Performed on-site upon request, this traditional Moroccan practice unfolds through several steps, each designed to leave you refreshed and renewed.
For the ultimate relaxation, pair your hammam with one of our soothing on-site massages, and let yourself be completely revitalized. Simply ask our staff at the front desk to arrange your experience.
